在頂級品牌的手表中，表盤就像臉面一樣，非常重要。對表盤的處理很多是手工操作傳統設備完成的，比較常見的表盤紋飾有以下這些類型：

4． 9時位副表盤上方為古典籃紋飾；

6． 3時位副表盤為鉆石點（或巴黎鋪鑲）紋飾；
Pointes de diamante on the subdial at the 3
7． 6時位小秒盤（及擺陀上）為圓形大麥紋飾。
